Shipping Policy – Aurora Store

At Aurora Store, we are committed to providing an efficient and reliable shipping service to all our customers, in Portugal and abroad.

1. Shipping Times
- All orders are processed and shipped within a reasonable time after payment confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen.

2. Shipping Methods
- In mainland Portugal and the islands, we use **CTT Expresso**.
- For international shipments, we work with trusted partner carriers.

3. Shipping Costs
- For mainland Portugal, shipping has a fixed cost of **€4.80**, and is free for purchases over **€60**.

4. Order Tracking
- After shipment, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when applicable).
- This number can be used to track the order status.

5. Delivery and Receipt
- The customer must provide a complete and valid delivery address.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order during the carrier’s delivery schedule.

6. International Deliveries
- **European Union (Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg):** no additional customs fees apply.
- **Outside the European Union (United Kingdom and Switzerland):** import duties, local VAT, and/or customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delays and Shipping Issues
- We will do our best to meet estimated delivery times.
- Aurora Store is not responsible for delays or issues caused by external circumstances, such as carrier delays or customs clearance.
